2.1. By using the Website, Client agrees to be bound and abide by the Privacy Policy and the terms more particularly set forth therein and adopted and incorporated herein. The Website is hosted in Brazil. Access of the Website from the EU, Asia or other region of the world may result in the applicability of laws, statutes or regulations differing from those of Brazil which govern personal data collection, use or disclosure. Client’s continued use of the Website and transfer of data to Brazil constitutes express consent of Client to the transfer and processing of data in Brazil. Kingo does not knowingly accept or solicit information from individuals under the age of 18. In accordance with the Brazilian’ Child and Adolescent Statute, upon the receipt of actual knowledge that an individual under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to Kingo without parental consent, Kingo shall delete that information as soon as reasonably practical.

2.2. The User of Website provides an e-mail address on the Website in order to make contact with the Company and maintain business relations with the User of Website.

2.3. Personal data is protected from access by third parties. The company uses data only for contacts with Users of the Website.

2.4. The Administrator does not process special categories of data.

3. The purposes of personal data processing

4. Duration of processing personal data

The data will be processed and stored by the Administrator for the time necessary due to the purpose of their processing. If personal data are processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator, they will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the time necessary for after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling), security or investigation of possible claims related to the contract and fulfillment of the Administrator’s legal obligation.

5. Transmission protection

The input of personal data is protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server. The operator periodically changes his administrative passwords. An important element of data protection is regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

6. Users’ rights in relation to personal data

- Rectification (correction of data);
- Deletion of data processed unreasonably in situations where this right is not excluded;

- Access to information about the data and the data itself;
- Transferring data to another administrator;
- The right to object to the data being processed to the competent authority.

7. Request to delete personal data from the database and other applications

7.1. At any time, the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending newsletter messages or processing data for marketing purposes, if such consent was previously expressed by the User. The appropriate message should be sent to the e-mail address: hi@kingo.studio. Withdrawal of consent will result in the User not being receiving information about promotions, new products and other attractive offers dedicated to our clients from the time the User submits a statement of withdrawal.

7.2. Further processing of the User’s data may take place due to the following reasons:
- Meeting the required period of data storage in relation to commercial and tax law;
- Storage of evidence in the area of legal restrictions.
